Everything You Need
To Know About Our Milk.

Honest answers about our rural farmer network, clinical laboratory screening, pasteurization standards, and cold-chain integrity across Bengal.

Every drop is sourced directly from our network of over 5,900 rural cattle-rearing families and village cooperatives across West Bengal. Unlike aggregator brands that purchase anonymous tanker lots from distant states, our milk comes exclusively from regional smallholders operating under our direct supervision.
Our herds thrive on natural green forage, cultivated Napier grass, and balanced mineral rations. We strictly prohibit commercial chemical yield enhancers and unnatural feed concentrates, ensuring the milk maintains its natural carotene, essential enzymes, and delicate sweet creaminess.
Yes. We enforce a zero-tolerance charter against synthetic bovine hormones, including oxytocin. If an animal falls sick and requires veterinary antibiotic care, her milk is isolated and completely excluded from the commercial supply chain until the biological clearance window has fully lapsed.
Our certified veterinary field teams conduct routine health checkups, scheduled vaccination drives, and dietary guidance across our partner farming villages, ensuring cows live in low-stress, open-air, and hygienic environments with continuous access to clean drinking water.
Incoming milk passes through strict multi-tier testing at both village chilling docks and central laboratory facilities. Every collection lot is digitally tested for density, natural butterfat, solids-not-fat (SNF), neutralizers, urea, detergents, and synthetic thickeners before acceptance.
Yes. Our milk undergoes gentle High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST) pasteurization and precision homogenization in surgical AISI 316L stainless steel lines. Pathogens are eliminated while biological nutrients and proteins stay intact. It is safe for direct consumption from the chilled pouch, though light heating can be done to suit your preference.
Never. We refuse reconstituted milk powders, vegetable fats, synthetic emulsifiers, and bleaching agents. What you pour is 100% natural, untouched dairy standardized exclusively through clean physical cream separation.
No. Unpasteurized raw milk presents severe health hazards from airborne bacteria like Salmonella, Listeria, and E. coli. We combine traditional farm freshness with clinical pasteurization to guarantee family safety without compromising natural nutrition.
Milk collected at dawn is transported directly to nearby village chilling centers to lower the temperature to 4°C within hours. It is then transported in insulated, temperature-monitored refrigerated tankers to our central processing plant, maintaining an unbroken cold corridor from pasture to packaging.
Thacker Dairy fresh pasteurized milk must be stored under continuous refrigeration at 4°C or below. When kept properly chilled, it remains fresh for up to 48 hours from the packaging date printed on the pouch seam.
We use multi-layer, food-grade barrier pouches that are hermetically sealed in automated cleanrooms with zero manual handling, preserving purity and defending against light exposure, airborne odors, and contamination.
Alongside our pasteurized milk range (Full Cream, Standardized, and Cow Milk), we handcraft traditional dairy products:
  • Danedar Pure Desi Ghee: Slow-cooked with traditional granular texture and natural golden aroma.
  • Fresh Malai Paneer: Soft, unbleached, and naturally absorbent for homestyle curries.
  • Mishti Doi & Dahi: Slow-fermented curd set in natural earthen pots.
  • Table Butter: Freshly churned pure cream butter with zero artificial coloring.
